Translate

The Translation toggle sets the current dynamic mode. The dynamic mode determines how the selected node will be affected when you drag the cursor across the screen. For details, see the section on Translate TranslateNodePropPage . When the toggle is set, the corresponding property sheet will become active. This toggle appears in the Main Tool Bar, the Edit Menu, and the right mouse popup menu.
